Any event without adequate volunteers will be subject to cancellation. 

VOLUNTEER BACKGROUND CHECKS
🚨 Volunteers—Apply Now! 🚨

Background checks can take weeks to process, and an ALA-Coastal approved background check is required for ALL school events where you engage with students (school dances, festivals, field day, etc.).

Outside checks (work, county, other schools) will not be accepted.
⚠️ Important: The PTO does not process background checks but is required to verify them at every applicable event.

⏳ Don’t wait—apply today so you’re cleared in time!

From Volunteering during a Field Trip, in the Classroom, School or PTO event, to having Lunch with your Student - a Background Check on File with the School is REQUIRED!
